The room was nice with a coffee maker and good water pressure. The decor throughout was great, and the staff was amazingly helpful with great customer service.

booked wheelchair accessible room with good water pressure in the shower and a murphy bed, as for instance and got it upon arrival. a microwave oven, coffee/tea makers and a fridge were a plus.

The location couldn't be more particularly good and magnificent in the Rapid City area. I liked the well-organised and spotless room with a murphy bed in the common living area and the staff were extremely friendly.

The resort's location right off the highway was convenient and peaceful, offering beautiful scenery. Additionally, it was close to all the attractions in Keystone.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cottage was newly refinished and very nice. The room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel facilities, including the community fire pit and swing set, were great for enjoying the outdoors. The managers were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to all the Black Hill attractions including Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Custer Park. It was also close to a small well-stocked grocery store and wineries by the highway.

We had such a great time at Black Elk Resort! The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The cottage was clean, cozy, and had three beds which was perfect for our group. We loved the affordable price and enjoyed the nightly fires, picnic tables, grills, and horse shoe pits. It felt like a wonderful retreat in a beautiful setting. We'll definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay at a charming cottage in South Dakota. The owner went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, even cooking a homemade pizza for me when the kitchen was closed. The grounds were beautiful, with a cabana, BBQs, and firepits. The cottage itself was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!
